E & E tour Europe

We toured Stade de France, their national stadium – built for the 1998 World Cup. France hosted and won, beating Brazil 3-0 in the final. (We heard a lot about this during the tour!)

The stadium is huge, the biggest in France @ 81k capacity (6th largest in Europe). It was being set up for a U2 concert this week, so the pitch was covered and stages were in place – there will be 80k people here 2 nights in a row!

There were many rugby & football shirts on display – most signed by famous players – see how many you can recognise among those below!?
